• Contact requests: 36 months from the last exchange, then 12-month intermediate archive for evidentiary needs.
• Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe link in every email). Address kept 30 days in a suppression list to prevent accidental re-subscriptions.
• Audience measurement: 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendation).
• Technical logs: 12 months.

Some technical processors are established in the United States. Without prejudice to other remedies, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority competent in your country of residence. For Cameroonian users, ANTIC (National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies) is competent.

Bwoe Sports implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: end-to-end TLS encryption, strict security headers (HSTS preload, CSP, X-Frame-Options DENY, Permissions-Policy), strong authentication for administrative access, environment separation, logging, encrypted backups and periodic security reviews. In case of breach likely to create a risk to your rights, notification will be sent to the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and, if the risk is high, to the data subjects.
