The Site is intended solely to introduce the Bwoe Sports ecosystem, its roadmap, its operating teams, its partnership opportunities and its news. It is purely an institutional showcase: no financial transaction, gaming service, gamified activity or SportCoin mechanic is operated here.

All product operations (player account creation, tournament organisation, wallet top-up, etc.) take place exclusively within the dedicated applications and are subject to their own terms.

Accessing the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Bwoe Sports reserves the right to update them at any time to reflect changes in service, applicable law, or commitments made to users and partners. The effective date displayed in the footer prevails.

In case of material change, a notice will be displayed on the home page for at least fifteen (15) days.

The Site is freely accessible, without authentication, from any modern browser with an internet connection. Bwoe Sports undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, updates, attacks, vendor failures or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

The Bwoe ecosystem is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, reward mechanics and caps presented on the Site may change before public launch.

All elements composing the Site — trademarks, the « Bwoe Sports » denomination, logos, visual identities, photographs, illustrations, copy, videos, source code, structure and architecture — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Bwoe Sports or its rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited, save for the right of short citation recognised for press and non-commercial educational uses.

Press kit assets (logos, boilerplate, screenshots) are made available for editorial purposes subject to the rules described in the Press page.

Users must refrain in particular from:

• attempting to access non-public areas of the Site, its servers or its databases;
• operating mass scraping, unauthorised automated indexing or replication of the content base;
• using the forms (contact, newsletter) for unsolicited marketing, spam, identity theft or defamation;
• testing the security of the Site without prior written authorisation; security researchers are invited to contact security@bwoesports.com under the responsible disclosure programme;
• introducing or attempting to introduce malicious code.

Breach of these rules may result in technical blocking, reporting to competent authorities and civil or criminal proceedings.

The SportCoin referred to on the Site is a virtual unit internal to the Bwoe ecosystem, used for gamification and circulation between players, teams and organisers. As such, the SportCoin:

• is not legal tender;
• does not constitute a regulated payment instrument or financial asset;
• is not freely convertible into fiat currency outside the cases, caps and KYC procedures explicitly described in the application terms;
• shall not be presented to third parties as an investment vehicle.

Tournaments, prize pools and gamified features are subject to age, jurisdiction and KYC restrictions published in the application terms.

The Site contains links to the Bwoe ecosystem applications and to third-party sites (press, partners, social platforms). These links are provided for the user's convenience. Bwoe Sports cannot be held responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy policies or commercial practices of third-party sites.

Creating a hyperlink to the Site is free, provided it does not harm the image of Bwoe Sports and does not mislead about the origin or nature of the linked content.

Information published on the Site is provided for informational purposes and in good faith. Bwoe Sports uses reasonable means to ensure accuracy at the time of publication but cannot guarantee the absence of error, omission or obsolescence. Investment, partnership or contractual decisions must rely on the official, signed documents transmitted by Bwoe Sports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bwoe Sports shall not be liable for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site (loss of data, revenue, profit, reputational harm).

Processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. For processing performed within the applications (account, wallet, communications, moderation), refer to the policies published in each application.

This agreement is governed by Cameroonian law. Users residing in the European Union additionally benefit from the mandatory provisions of their national law.

In case of dispute, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement within a reasonable time, and subject to public policy rules protecting consumers, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the publisher's registered office. Consumers residing in the European Union may, pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, refer the matter to the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
